My name’s Ava Aanderud. I grew up in Portland, Oregon, lucky to be surrounded by constant creativity. My love for art started the second I could hold a pencil. As a kid, I would roll giant pieces of paper across the dining room table and wouldn’t leave until every inch was covered. I’ve always loved experimenting with color, texture, and materials, pushing myself to create something new every time.

I’m a student at the University of Oregon, double majoring in Advertising and Art. I love designing and creating fun things. My work features bold colors and combines lots of different types of media. I also love creating digitally, whether it’s posters, products, or branding projects. As much as I love imagining and creating, I also enjoy problem-solving through thoughtful design, blending creativity with strategy to make work that connects and inspires.
